Very good service and Joe was extremely kind and helpful - the exact type of person you'd want sorting this type of problem out (laptop errors and repair in my case). Great price and definitely worth the drive if you're a bit further out of his immediate area.

Brilliant service and excellent value for money. My old laptop was having some problems and Joe provided diagnostics for free, taking the time to explain the problem to me. I felt it wasn't worth repairing my old laptop and decided to get a new laptop. Joe took the time to suggest some laptops which were within my budget, saving me time trying to figure out which laptop to get. He set my new laptop up and showed me how to use my laptop. Excellent service, would highly recommend and would use again in future

My wife's laptop was as good as dead. It was continually trying to boot but not succeeding after doing a system reset. Joe was very pleasant and helpful, fixing it in a couple of days for a very reasonable cost. He kept us informed every step of the way, if needed we will be going back to him again as he is someone we can trust.

Asked him to assemble my computer after buying the parts, the PC runs perfectly and was pleased with the service he provided as he responded within 30 minutes for any enquiries I had when I emailed him both before and after he assembled the PC. Great local business, would definitely recommend.
